KHAO PHRA VIHARN NATIONAL PARK
Khao Phra Viharn National Park covers the area up to the boundary between Thailand and Cambodia, containing high cliffs and lush forests of the Dongrek Mountain Range. The park features a variety of tropical forests and is home to numerous wildlife such as wild hogs, deer, barking deer, rabbits, squirrels, gibbons, and civets. Visitors will enjoy a birds eye view of the Northeast and Phra Viharn sanctuary from the Mo I-Daeng Cliff, situated precisely on the Thai-Cambodian border.
WAT PA MAHA JEDI KAEO
This Buddhist temple, located in the district Amphoe Khun Han, is a remarkable site,made with millions of colorful glass bottles donated by residents of the province. The architecture is beautiful, particularly the pavilion called Sala Thansamo Maha Chedi Kaeo (a chapel) located in the heart of a nearby pond. The chapel houses a very beautiful white jade Buddha image.
NAMTOK PHU LA-OR
This medium-sized waterfall is at its loveliest from September to February. It is located inside Phanom Dongrak Wildlife Sanctuary, Tambon Sao Thongchai. A round-triptrek from the parking lot to the falls is a total of 4 kilometers, allowing tourists to enjoy a nature trail to observe local plants and views.
WAT MAHA PHUTTHARAM
Located in the heart of Si Sa Ket town, this Buddhist temple is home to a sacred provincial icon: a Buddhist statue named Luangpho To. The gigantic statue, depicted in the pose of subduing Mara (defeating demons), is 6.85 meters high and 3.5 meters wide.
